Ruzhi Content Publisher Privacy Policy
本政策适用于“如知文章同步助手”Chrome 和 Microsoft Edge 扩展。其单一用途是把用户主动选择的文章、图片、视频或当前网页内容填入用户选择且已登录的第三方平台编辑器，并集中显示同步状态和结果。
This policy applies to the Ruzhi Content Publisher extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Its single purpose is to transfer user-selected content into editors on third-party publishing platforms selected by and already signed into by the user, and to display synchronization status and results.
1. 我们处理的信息 / Information we process
- 如知账号的用户 ID、姓名或昵称、邮箱，以及目标平台可能返回的用户 ID、用户名和头像；
- 如知服务和目标平台现有浏览器会话中的必要 Cookie、Bearer Token 和登录状态；扩展不会要求用户输入第三方平台密码；
- 用户选择的标题、正文、Markdown、图片、视频、封面、标签及草稿内容；
- 当前页、来源页、目标编辑器、草稿或发布结果的 URL 和页面标题；
- 所选平台、发布模式、任务 ID、进度、结果、错误、会员权益、到期状态及本地偏好。
We process Ruzhi and target-platform identity and sign-in status, user-selected content and media, relevant page/editor/draft URLs, task status and errors, entitlement state, and local preferences. We do not specifically collect payment-card numbers, bank-account information, health information, or precise location.
2. 何时处理 / When processing occurs
- 用户点击扩展图标或主动打开发布面板时，读取当前页面供用户检查；
- 用户打开工作台或刷新平台状态时，检查支持平台的登录状态；
- 只有用户选择平台并开始发布后，才向所选平台编辑器传输和填充内容；
- 任务完成后，向如知页面回传任务、来源、草稿/结果 URL、状态和错误。
Processing occurs only when the user opens the extension, refreshes platform status, or deliberately starts a publishing task. Task status and result URLs are returned to Ruzhi to display synchronization results.
3. 使用目的 / Purposes
信息仅用于确认账号和权益、检测现有登录会话、打开并填写目标编辑器、显示任务进度和结果、保存必要偏好与本地状态，以及获取只包含 CSS 选择器和时序参数的适配配置。适配配置不包含可执行 JavaScript 或 WebAssembly。
Information is used only to provide the disclosed publishing workflow, local preferences, task results, and non-executable selector/timing configuration needed for compatibility.
4. 传输、共享与跨境 / Transfers and sharing
- 目标内容平台：用户选择并发起任务后，标题、正文和媒体发送至该平台，并由其政策和条款约束；
- 如知服务：扩展与
ruzhiai.perfcloud.cn通信，并在迁移期间兼容jp.omp.perfcloud.cn，用于账号、会话、权益、适配配置和结果回传； - 服务提供者和法律要求：仅在基础设施、安全、支持或适用法律确有必要时处理或披露。
我们不会把某一平台的 Cookie 或 Token 提供给其他平台，不会向数据经纪商出售或出租用户信息。
We do not provide one platform's cookies or tokens to another platform, and we do not sell or rent user information to data brokers. Content sent to a selected platform is processed under that platform's policy.
5. 本地存储与保留 / Local storage and retention
- 如知认证 Token 只写入浏览器会话存储；逻辑有效期最长 48 小时；
- 任务中的标题、正文、来源 URL、图片 URL、平台、结果和错误最长本地保留 30 天；
- 大体积视频、封面和图片二进制数据不作为长期任务数据保存；
- 平台检测结果短期缓存；会员快照和偏好保留至更新、清除扩展数据或卸载；
- 本地诊断日志采用最多 200 条的环形记录。
Ruzhi tokens use browser session storage with a maximum logical lifetime of 48 hours. Publishing tasks are retained locally for up to 30 days. Large media binaries are not retained as long-term task data.
6. 浏览器权限 / Browser permissions
storage：保存偏好、任务、短期缓存和会话级认证状态；cookies：读取如知和所选平台必要的登录 Cookie；tabs、activeTab、scripting：在用户操作后读取当前页、打开并填写目标编辑器并返回结果 URL；notifications、tabGroups、sidePanel：显示结果、整理任务标签页和提供发布工作台；- 站点访问仅覆盖如知服务和当前版本明确支持的发布平台。
Browser permissions are limited to local task state, existing sign-in detection, user-triggered current-page extraction, target-editor filling, result notifications, tab grouping, and the side-panel workbench.
7. 禁止用途与有限使用 / Limited Use
我们不会出售用户数据，不会将其用于个性化广告、数据经纪、信用评估、借贷决定或训练通用人工智能模型。除用户针对具体支持问题明确同意，或安全、反滥用和法律要求确有必要外，人员不会查看用户内容。
Use of information received from browser permissions follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Data is not sold, used for personalized advertising, supplied to data brokers, or used for credit or lending purposes.
8. 用户控制与删除 / User controls and deletion
用户可以取消平台选择、在目标平台删除草稿或内容、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展。限制某个站点的访问会使对应平台功能不可用。服务端账号数据的查询、更正或删除请求可发送至 ruzhiai@bekaie.com。
Users may deselect platforms, delete drafts on target platforms, clear extension data, uninstall the extension, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of server-side Ruzhi account data.
9. 安全 / Security
扩展不会要求或保存第三方平台密码。可执行逻辑包含在已提交的扩展包中，不下载或执行远程代码。我们采取合理的技术和管理措施，但无法保证任何本地存储或网络传输绝对安全。
The extension does not request or store third-party passwords and does not download or execute remote code. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.
10. 用户责任和第三方规则 / User responsibility
用户应确保有权发布所选内容，并遵守目标平台的服务条款、知识产权、广告和年龄规则。扩展主要帮助填写编辑器或创建草稿；最终公开发布通常由用户检查并确认。
Users must have the right to publish selected content and comply with target-platform rules. Public posting is generally reviewed and confirmed by the user.
11. 未成年人 / Children
本扩展不以儿童为目标。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，并遵守目标平台年龄限制。
The extension is not directed to children. Minors should use it with guardian supervision and comply with platform age restrictions.
12. 政策更新 / Changes
功能、权限或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策并修改生效日期。重大变化会通过商店、产品页面或其他适当方式告知用户。
We may update this policy when features, permissions, or legal requirements change and will communicate material changes through the store or product site.
